Corner Radius: Select a fixed radius according to drawing requirements.

Select the appropriate coating based on the material:

  • Aluminum Alloy/Copper: Uncoated or DLC or Nano Coating (lowers the coefficient of friction)
  • Steel/Cast Iron: TiAlN (wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant)
  • Titanium Alloy: TiCN Coating (resistant to chipping)

Recommended Cutting Parameters:

  • Spindle Speed (S):
    • Aluminum Alloy: 2000-4000 rpm
    • Steel/Cast Iron: 500-1500 rpm
    • Titanium Alloy: 300-800 rpm
  • Feed Rate (F): 0.05-0.3 mm/tooth (use lower values for harder materials)
