Custom Corner Rounding End Mills
Corner rounding end mills are designed to eliminate sharp edges. Their radius (R-shaped) cutting edges are specifically used to machine rounded transitions on workpiece edges or in grooves, allowing for a convenient and quick way to smooth sharp or right-angled edges.

Corner Radius: Select a fixed radius according to drawing requirements.
Select the appropriate coating based on the material:
- Aluminum Alloy/Copper: Uncoated or DLC or Nano Coating (lowers the coefficient of friction)
- Steel/Cast Iron: TiAlN (wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant)
- Titanium Alloy: TiCN Coating (resistant to chipping)
Recommended Cutting Parameters:
- Spindle Speed (S):
- Aluminum Alloy: 2000-4000 rpm
- Steel/Cast Iron: 500-1500 rpm
- Titanium Alloy: 300-800 rpm
- Feed Rate (F): 0.05-0.3 mm/tooth (use lower values for harder materials)
